I love the Tims on South Hill. The staff is always very friendly and watching them as they fill orders is like watching a dance. They work together so well, always kind and respectful to each other. I've also noticed how kind they are to those less fortunate or disabled, they're treated with the kindness and compassion. The staff is what makes this restaurant and it keeps me and my friends going there.

I changed atmosphere to a 4 as a 3 wasn't really fair as we were in the drive through. For the service score, it was just slow, maybe a bad day? It wasn't a particular employee that needs calling out.
